You may also reply to any member that initiates contact with you - so make your profile stand out! To initiate contact with other members you need to upgrade to premium membership.

  4. You can initiate contact with premium members or standard members and receive replies. You can use the buddy list, block annoying members, use the integrated forum and much more.

  5. How can I upgrade to premium membership and how much does it cost?

  6. To upgrade simply go to the home page by clicking HOME on the top menu bar then click on the link Upgrade to premier membership found at the top of the page. Prices are $9.95 a month, prices reduce if you sign on for longer periods.

  7. What payment methods do you accept to upgrade to premier membership?

  8. I accept paypal payments. Note that you do not need an account with paypal to pay using paypal. I will also accept Westion Union payments, mail me at mmoadmin [at] muslimmarriageonline.com if you wish to pay using this method. I will then let you know the details I require. If you would like to pay by some other method send me an e-mail, we should be able to work something out.

  9. I receive an e-mail from admin stating I have a new message, but when I go to my account at muslimmarriageonline.com the message is not in my inbox. Why?

  10. The sender of the message has been found to be fraudulent. When a fraudulent member is detected their profile is immediately deleted and all messages sent by this member are deleted. This action is to protect the rest of the honest membership. The aim of most fraudulent members is to extract money from the recipient by various different means.   11. How do I correct information in my profile?

  12. To correct information in your profile, click on the "My Manager" link from the main members area screen. This will launch a new page with various options for editing different portions of your profile. For example, clicking on "Edit Physical stats" will load a page with the information you currently have on file. Simply correct your information and submit the form to save your changes.

  13. I don't remember my username or my password. What should I do?

  14. If you registered with a legitimate email address your username and password can be sent to you. Just click on any "Lost password" link you find and enter the email address you registered. Your username and password will be sent as long as the email address you enter is found in your files. You cannot enter a different email address from the one that you registered.
